Community residents rally behind M’Bamba Alphanso Kawah as he champions security, sanitation, and infrastructure in bid for next chairmanship

As the Steven A. Tolbert Estate gears up for its upcoming community elections, one standout candidate has stepped forward with a bold promise to deliver leadership grounded in accountability, integrity, and meaningful transformation. Mr. M’Bamba Alphanso Kawah has positioned himself as the candidate of the people, vowing to rebuild the estate on the foundation of good governance if elected as the community’s next chairman.
Addressing several media institutions of recent, Kawah laid out his manifesto built on three cardinal pillars, security, sanitation, and infrastructure which he believes are essential to the estate’s sustainable development.
“For development to go on in every community or nation, the first and foremost thing is to firstly have a well security structure put in place, including sanitation, followed by infrastructure.”
Kawah revealed that his entry into the estate’s election stems from a massive call by community residents, who petitioned him to contest the 2026 chairmanship race. He described the invitation as both prudent and welcoming, expressing his readiness to represent the people who have chosen and called upon him.
Beyond the electoral contest, Kawah has been actively carrying out developmental initiatives across the community, ranging from security to sanitation and infrastructure projects. His track record speaks volumes.
“Today my hand marks are all over the estate. I have been involved in my three pillars actively even before the declaration of the election in the estate. Today, the issues of sanitation are something that everyone in the estate can attest to since 2024 up to present. My sanitation team has been working harder and up to date, especially every Saturday, to make sure that we give the estate a good face lift.”
Further investigation into his work revealed overwhelming support from residents, who described him as the heartbeat of the estate and expressed their willingness to vote him in as the community’s next chairman.
“He has performed beyond our expectation and he deserves to be our leader,” one resident stated.
Another resident added: “Mr. Kawah is a true and blessed leader that God has sent to us, and there is no need of us losing his leadership to this election. He is the only formidable force and the choice for the estate among the three that are contesting for the chairmanship position within the estate.”
The Steven A. Tolbert Estate, one of the most populated communities within District Number 12 of Montserrado County, is clearly energized by Kawah’s candidacy. So much so, in fact, that residents are already calling for him to contest the 2029 national political elections for the district seat a testament to the trust and hope he has inspired.
