UNIFICATION CITY, Margibi County – The St. Paul Ecumenical High School is set to host its 15th Commencement Convocation following a historic academic performance in which all 87 candidates who sat the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) obtained successful passes in seven or more subjects, including Mathematics and English Language.
The Founder and Proprietor of the institution, Dr. Henric Marcus Speare, disclosed that the flawless result marks the school’s fifth consecutive year of academic excellence, with a consistent 100 percent pass rate in the national examination.
85 STUDENTS QUALIFIED FOR GRADUATION
Speaking to reporters, Dr. Speare confirmed that 85 of the 87 candidates who sat the examination are qualified for graduation. However, he noted that three students have been disqualified due to failures within the institution.
The affected students, he explained, have already begun repeating their courses alongside the current cohort of 12th graders a decision reflecting the school’s commitment to maintaining rigorous academic standards.
