Appellate ruling reverses the integrity-clause suspension imposed during the Body’s Elective Congress, sparking hopes for reconciliation within Liberian football

MONROVIA — The Liberia Football Association (LFA) Appeal Committee has overturned the ban imposed on FC Fassell Chief Executive Officer Cassell Kuoh, clearing the way for his full return to football-related activities in a significant reversal of one of the most contentious issues surrounding football administration in the country.
Kuoh had been barred under the LFA’s integrity clause during the Association’s recent Elective Congress. With the ban now lifted, he is eligible to resume his involvement in football administration and club leadership without restriction.
The decision marks a notable shift in tone within the corridors of Liberian football governance and is expected to breathe new life into ongoing efforts to promote reconciliation and unity across the football community.
